3 Simple Steps to Start Selling

Get started with Charm today

01 Complete Signup

Start today by completing our simple signup form. Once your application is approved, you will receive your welcome email with access to upload your product details and images. You will also provide your payment information to receive payments and select your preferred shipping method. The listing price is $0.25 per product, no additional charge for variations.

 

02 List Products

 To start selling with Charm, you will upload your product details such as: products names, variations (colors, scents, sizes, etc.), ingredients, files, videos, images, reviews, product descriptions, and pricing.

Be sure to be as detailed as possible. Buyers are more likely to buy from brands that display total product transparency.

03 Choose Shipping

 With Charm Concierge, you have the option to either ship your products as orders are received, or, send your products to our distribution center and we will store and ship your products on your behalf. Our service fee is 5% of each order that we ship.

  • What are your seller's fees?

    We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Our standard fee for sellers is 2.5% of every transaction. 

    We also require a $0.25 listing fee per product,no additional charge for variations.


    *If you choose to store and distribute your products through Charm, we require an additional 10% of every transaction.*

  • How can my products ship through Charm?

    If you choose Charm as your shipping method, we will store, pack and ship your purchased items to customers on your behalf. 


    We charge 10% of each transaction for this service. 


    To start, you will complete the Seller's Application and select Charm as your Distributor. 

    Once your application is accepted, you will be assigned a dedicated Success Manager(SM). 

    Your SM  will be responsible for managing your Charm account and setting up the shipment of your products to our Charm Distribution Center. 

  • How long does it take to get approved?

    We will process and determine your eligibility to sell within 1-3 business days. You can expect to receive your decision via the business email you provided.

  • How and when do I get paid?

    Payments are distributed weekly, via Stripe. 

    Once your account is approved, you will receive an email with secured access to our onlline portal to update your account with payment details. 

  • Is this an exclusive partnership?

    No. We believe in positioning Charm to be an additional channel to helping your business increase sales. We do not require exclusive rights or contracting.
