  • Where does Charm Concierge operate?

  • How do my guests make a purchase?

    Once your guests have arrived, the can scan your custom QR code or you can provide your dedicated store link. You can also share your link online and on any social platform. 

  • Can I get a refund/exchange?

    We want you happy with every purchase. Refunds and exchanges are available for most products. There are exclusions that will be outlined for products that are ineligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • How much can I earn as a Charm host?

    Once a guest makes a purchase from your online store, you can expect to earn 15% of the transaction. Commissions are uncapped. Payouts are on the 1st and 15th of every month. 

  • I placed an order, when should I receive it?

    Shipping times vary depending on items and sellers. We strive to ship your products as soon as possible, while communicating with you every step of the way through our shipping tracker system. 


  • Do you offer customer service for guests who purchase?

    Yes! Charm Concierge will handle all customer related issues for your guests that purchase with us. 

  • What if a guest requests a refund?

    For guests, they can request exchanges for damaged goods due to no fault of their own. Under certain circumstances, merchandise store credits can be provided.
